The Real Reason Beef Prices Are So Expensive

This episode dove into the factors behind the soaring prices of beef in the US in 2026, including industry consolidation and drought. The color palette for this episode was inspired by the look of cattle, dry ranches, and raw meat. The stills and gifs below are designed & animated by me unless otherwise noted.

Should Organic Food Be So Expensive?

This episode digs in to what makes organic farming so much more expensive for farmers and how that influences the prices consumers see at the supermarket. I chose a tomato as the recognizable “hero” crop in the graphics, a welcome red accent against the predominantly green palette.

Inside Turkey’s $2 Billion Hair Transplant Tourism Boom

A hair transplant in the US can cost tens of thousands of dollars, but in Turkey, the procedure is much cheaper. Foreigners, like Spencer Macnaughton, are flocking to the country seeking an affordable baldness solution. I animated the history section explaining the ancient history of hair loss remedies and assisted in art direction on the project.
